The Road to Greener Motoring
 
The Task:
To promote Honda’s new low CO2 emission Honda Civic Hybrid
 
 
The Solution:
GT Interactive devised a strategy around greener motoring creating a unique site www.greenhonda.ie to help educate consumers and promote the advantages of Civic Hybrid. This was supported with a high visibility banner campaign on motoring and other key web sites driving traffic to the micro site.
 
 
            
The Result:
 
 
Banner ads were viewed by over 500,000 unique viewers over the course of the campaign and 5395 customers visited www.greenhonda.ie.
 
Honda sold 170 Civic Hybrid models in the first 3 months of 2008 already surpassing their target of 150 units for the full 12 months.
